At MAR Wellness, we offer an invigorating 45-minute deep tissue, sport, or myofascial release massage with our expert therapist, Mariana. Our deep tissue massage is designed to target the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues, while sport massage focuses on improving your athletic performance and promoting recovery. Our myofascial release massage aims to ease tension and pain by applying gentle pressure to the connective tissues. Choose the best massage that suits your needs and let Mariana work her magic on you.

Cancellation Policy

Massage Service: If you develop cold or flu-like symptoms, I ask that you reschedule your appointment and you will not be charged a fee for this. If you need to reschedule for any other reason please give me 16 hours or a 50% cancellation fee may be charged. This policy is in place to allow waitlists to be utilised and helps us remain a sustainable small business. Thank you for your understanding.
